The SMN Trascipts view reports transcripts levels associated with survival of motor neuron (SMN) protein: (1) SMN2-Full Length (SMN2-FL), (2) SMN1-Full Length (SMN1-FL), (3) SMN transcript lacking exon 7 (SMN-?7), and (4) GAPDH, a housekeeping gene commonly used for normalization in SMN transcript analysis.
